Refund Policy

You may reschedule a consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial charge to cover reserved time.

Unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Certified gemstones are eligible for return only if the certification seal is intact.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
